Frequently Asked
Questions

Common questions about the Pallet Removal Program and Custom Fabrication service. Don't see yours? Call us.

How does the Pallet Removal Program work?
You call us and describe what you have — quantity, condition, location. If it makes sense to schedule a visit, we come to your dock, inspect the material, and tell you what we're working with. If we agree on terms, we load and haul. You get your dock space back.
Do you pay for pallets?
Possibly. Compensation depends on the size, species, grade, and current market condition of the material — all things we assess in person. We don't quote a price before we've seen the pallets. If your load has value, we'll make an offer. If it doesn't, the haul still gets them off your property.
Is the pickup free?
Terms are discussed after we inspect the material. We don't advertise "free pickup" because what happens at the dock depends on what you've got. Call us and describe your situation — we'll be straight about what to expect.
What condition do the pallets need to be in?
We take a range of conditions. Broken or damaged pallets may still be worth removing — it depends on how many and what kind. Don't assume yours don't qualify. Call and describe them.
Do you take mixed sizes?
Yes. Mixed loads are common. We assess what's in the load when we get there. Having a rough count of the sizes you've got helps us plan the visit.
How quickly can you schedule a pickup?
It depends on volume and current scheduling. For large hauls, we prioritize. Call early in the day and we can often schedule within a few days. Same-day may be possible for urgent situations — ask when you call.
What area do you cover for pickup?
Our primary coverage is East Tennessee — Knoxville metro, Tri-Cities, and the surrounding counties. We extend into the broader region for high-volume hauls. See our Serving Area page or call if you're not sure we cover your location.
Is this a one-time service or can I schedule recurring pickups?
Both. We work with businesses on a one-time basis and on recurring arrangements. If your operation generates pallets regularly, a standing arrangement makes sense — talk to us about volume and frequency.
What pallet sizes do you build?
Standard GMA sizes (48×40 is the most common) and fully custom dimensions. If you need a non-standard footprint, we build it. Give us the dimensions and we'll quote it.
What is ISPM-15 heat treatment?
ISPM-15 is an international standard for wood packaging used in international trade. Heat treatment kills pests and pathogens in the wood. If you're shipping pallets across international borders, most countries require this treatment. We can build pallets to ISPM-15 spec and provide the required HT marking.
How long does a custom order take?
Lead time depends on order volume and current production schedule. We'll give you a realistic timeline when you request a quote — not an optimistic one.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We're set up for production runs, not single pallets. Minimums depend on what you're ordering — ask when you request a quote and we'll tell you straight.
Do you deliver custom orders?
Delivery is available for qualifying orders in the region. Pickup from our Jacksboro yard is also an option. Discuss delivery when you request your quote.
Can I do a recurring fabrication order?
Yes. If your operation needs pallets on an ongoing basis, talk to us about volume pricing and scheduling. Consistent orders get priority production slots.
Where are you located?
475 Stonemill Rd, Jacksboro, TN 37757. That's Campbell County in East Tennessee, about 35 miles north of Knoxville.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Closed weekends. For time-sensitive situations, call during business hours and we'll work something out.
